Once you choose to utilize Track Your Teen™:

bulletA time/date will be set up for an installer to meet you at the location of your choice to install the unit under the dashboard of your car.  This is a professional installation that is guaranteed to not cause any damage to your vehicle.  Installation usually takes about 1 hour.
bulletYou will be given a username and a temporary password, with this information, you can login to a secure site and obtain updates for the vehicle including the last update.
bulletYou will be given our dedicated toll free number, to our live dispatch center, for instant tracking and information if you are away from an internet connection.
